Our founder, Jeff Aludo (@jeffaludo) has delivered strategy workshops and engagements in over 15 countries across four continents to many reputable organizations. He has advised boards, senior executives, and champions in top tier institutions in the USA, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Leading institutions often invite Jeff to provoke the thinking of board and senior management on topics such as strategy and innovation, scenario planning, change and transformation.

He has a passion for driving collaborative thinking and partnerships towards sustainable strategies on the ethos of shared value. He often increases this share of voice in media and pens columns in leading publications.

His consulting and industry sector experience spans more than 20 years, with senior leadership roles held at leading consulting firms such as Deloitte and PwC.

He is the Founder of the Aludo Group, which includes advisory professional services and an online intelligence content platform, known as Metanoia, which seeks to provide content for transformative change in thinking, direction and impact. (Currently in stealth mode).
